My experience with Brett and Dominika was beyond exceptional. From the initial consultation after my car accident 2 years ago to now. Hello, my name is Anwar Hadj-Sadok and my experience with Brett and Dominika was Incredible. A few years ago, I was in a car accident where I was struck by a car and before I was with Brett I was with this horrible lawyer. I was with this lawyer for around 3 years and my case had gone nowhere and for my settlement it was barely anything even though I had suffered a handful of injuries. So we had to do something about it and my father actually had a history with Brett so he decided why not Switch lawyers. At the beginning stage things already started to shift and what that other lawyer couldn't do in 3 years, Brett was able to only do it in 6 months, A drastic change. As for the settlement not only was Brett capable of increasing it but he tripled the amount that I was meant to receive with the other lawyer. In 2007, a Manhattan defense attorney bragged to Brett Nomberg that our client’s case was worth 11 cents. The jury came back with a $4.5 million verdict.
In 2014, a New York defense lawyer tried to conceal evidence from Brett Nomberg. That attorney was sanctioned $10,000 and the insurance company then settled for $3.9 million.
In 2021, a defense attorney tried to conceal a surveillance tape of the accident. Brett Nomberg made a motion for sanctions and the court as punishment held the defendant was entirely responsible for the accident. The case then settled for $1.7 million.
